"Disappointing Experience with Refund Process"
I had a frustrating experience with tkx.live regarding my refund inquiry. After multiple attempts to reach their customer service, I received little to no response. It felt like my concerns were completely ignored, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. I understand that issues can arise, but the lack of communication and support was disheartening. I expected better from a service that promotes itself as customer-focused. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend tkx.live based on my experience with their refund process.
